WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY

 

Return/Exchange requests are only accepted within 10 days of the received date.

Please email your CurrentAir customer service representative for your return authorization.

 

  • Unauthorized returns or refused packages will not be accepted.
  • Broken packs will not be accepted.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product upon receipt.
  • Return/Exchange requests must be due to error or defects.
  • All items must be in original packaging and include the original label.
  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

 

Please include your po# in the subject line and the following:

  • Company Name
  • Invoice Number
  • Style Number
  • Quantity & Color
  • Image of Unit (Damage)
  • Reason of Return
