WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY
Return/Exchange requests are only accepted within 10 days of the received date.
Please email your Current Air customer service representative for your return authorization or contact us.
- Unauthorized returns or refused packages will not be accepted.
- Broken packs will not be accepted.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product upon receipt.
- Return/Exchange requests must be due to error or defects.
- All items must be in original packaging and include the original label.
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
Please include your po# in the subject line and the following:
- Company Name
- Invoice Number
- Style Number
- Quantity & Color
- Image of Unit (Damage)
- Reason of Return
WHOLESALE SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs vary depending on carrier, location, package weight, availability of items and more. Once the order is ready to be shipped, shipping and handling will be determined and charged.
Orders placed after 2pm PST will ship next business day. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders for available item(s).
