Return/Exchange request are only accepted within 10 days of received date.

- Unauthorized returns or refused packages will result in a 25% restocking fee.
- Broken packs will not be accepted.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product upon receipt.
- Return/Exchange requests must be due to error or defects.
- All items must be in original packaging and include the original label.
- Only store credit will be issued unless an exception is made for a refund.
- Shipping and handling are non refundable.

- Company Name
- Invoice Number
- Style Number
- Quantity & Color
- Image of Unit (Damage)
- Reason of Return
